“ Best curry restaurant in chesterfield. If you’re reading this please follow, if you’ve never been before just ask the owner about this place and the food. Gives in-depth detail on the favourites and the authenticity of the food available and when I say take his advice I cannot stress enough take his advice and recommendation. The little touch of a sample sauce before your meal is served to see if it’s up to your spice level is incredible you don’t get that anywhere else. The bread he recommends is unbelievable. Definitely order more than one each. We wish we did. Couldn’t fault the pricing at all either. The fact it’s also a traditional English pub also makes the drinks menu brilliant. Cobra on tap too. So so good. Topped my dads birthday off ”

Very helpful staff who talked us through out order selection to ensure we had ordered just what we wanted. They also checked, we were happy with the spicy strength. Thank you. “ We ordered takeaway tonight from the newly opened Aleppy Kitchen at Castle Arms, Bolsover, and it was fantastic! The Chicken Biriyani was perfectly cooked, bursting with rich flavors. Me and my daughter were especially impressed with the Beef Roast and Kerala Porotta, which brought back nostalgic memories for me. The packaging was great, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re excited for the restaurant to start dining in. Best of luck to everyone behind this venture. ”
“ Not just the nicest Indian meal we’ve had, but the nicest meal we’ve ever had. Unbelievable attention to detail with their food, the service is amazing, the owner comes out to you to test your chosen curry with you whilst it’s still cooking to check it’s to your taste. How often do you get that kind of service? Absolutely worth a try if you’re unsure, our go to every date night from now on. MUST TRY!! ”

From the very friendly welcome ftom all the staff, right through to paying the (very reasonable!) bill, our experience was absolutely first class. The food was so different to any other Indian food we'd had - very different and very subtle flavours, hard to explain but something that any curry lover really should try. Before our main courses were served, we were given a little 'taster' pot so we knew what to expect, and also so we could adjust the flavour to our taste - what a great idea! I could go on, but you get the idea - if you like a curry, you really need to try this place, it's authentic, it's friendly, it's local...what's not to like! ”

“ Excellent food and a great price. Plenty of parking and great selection of beers on draft. Kerala Porotta bread was amazing. Ordered two more to go. Owner took time to explain the menu and make recommendations. He even brought sauce samples so we could adjust the heat, my wife bumped hers up to medium. Customer service was top notch. We will be back! ”
